| We strive to make your first visit to our office a comfortable experience. Our receptionist will welcome you and ask you to complete our required forms. These forms will give us important information about you and your condition. The doctor will then spend sometime asking about specific questions about your condition to determine if chiropractic care is right for you. If so certain treatments will be discussed. If chiropractic care is not the answer we can help refer you to another doctor. As always, nothing will be done without your consent. |

Hello my name is Laura Critten and I first became a patient in June of ’07. In 2005 I became aware of severe pain in my back. Because of this pain I couldn’t stand or walk. I suffered from headaches, I couldn’t sleep and I had no energy. I tried different kinds of treatments such as medications and surgery but the only results from these treatments were severe pain and loss of movement. Within two weeks of starting chiropractic care I had more mobility and less pain. I was able to stand in lines and walk a short distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Maurer is good at explaining treatments and how they work.
I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for chiropractic I would still be in pain. A car accident left me with constant lower back pain. I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery. I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it. So I decided to go to a chiropractor before the surgery and I am so thankful that I did. My back pains are gone and I am living my life to the fullest and pain free.
